30 Days Goals
March 10, 2022, Reading time: 3 minutes
I love the idea of always trying to improve my life and work towards becoming the best version of me that I can possibly be. That’s why I make a 30-day goal every month at the beginning of every month.
Usually, that is for me personally only 1 goal. Or 1 big goal, which can be divided into small pieces.. the goal(s) that I want to achieve must be such that I can actually achieve them.
I would give you an example. Last month my goal was to quit smoking. Which of course succeeded. (Although that certainly wasn’t easy) - I’ll tell you how I did that here.
This month my goal is to set up a new server for this website, and one of my other websites. I also want to have this website online before the end of the month. Update another website. This seems like a lot, but I know I can make it. When I’ve done this, I’m one step further towards my dreams.
These 30 day goals are actually goals that I want to achieve, to eventually live my ideal life. My dreams I have to make come true. A lot of perseverance, imagination, and especially doing is very important for this. More on this in a future articles.
What is the negative consequence if you don’t move?
It’s said that 30 days is enough time to solidify a new habit that you want to incorporate into your daily routine, or even to subtract a habit that hasn’t been good for your health or well-being.

A Moment To Myself
Here I always describe what the goal should look like. Be very specific. Write down how it would feel if you did or accomplished it.
Of course, you can do this again for yourself every 30 days write down. What matters is that you have an overview of what your goals are and that you spend time on that, so that you actually do what you wrote down. In this way you stimulate self-discipline
